Examples of Mura include production lines that are required to produce different quantities each day, irregular deliveries of raw materials, or employees using inconsistent work methods. By reducing Mura, both Muri and Muda are also minimized. This can be achieved through measures such as leveling production schedules, improving flow, and standardizing processes.<\/span><\/p>\n
