Winner Digital Hero Award 2025

Den Bosch, 18 November 2025 – At the annual Power to the Operator Event at the Verkadefabriek in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Pally Biscuits was named the winner of the Digital Hero Award 2025. In front of an audience of over 130 attendees, the company received the prestigious recognition for their exceptional progress in digital transformation and the way they have integrated the EZ-GO platform across the entire organisation.

The Digital Hero Award is an accolade for manufacturing companies that not only implement digital technologies, but also successfully link them to cultural change, continuous improvement and operator empowerment. The selection is carried out by an independent jury based on objective criteria.

The company has now been working intensively with the EZ-GO platform for two years, with standardisation, operator development and the TWI philosophy at its core. Despite a challenging transition to five-shift rosters, Pally Biscuits succeeded in standardising processes and ensuring that all employees work according to the same standards — an achievement the jury rated as particularly impressive.

Key reasons for the award:

• Operators themselves create standards, instructions and improvements within EZ-GO.
• The organisation has fully integrated TWI into the platform and trains all employees in it.
• EZ-GO has been rolled out across departments, significantly improving knowledge sharing, uniformity and process control.
• Teams demonstrate a critical, engaged and continuous improvement mindset.
• The company has achieved measurable impact, including reduced changeover times and more efficient use of FTEs.
• Although the business case has not yet been fully developed, the jury sees considerable potential for further growth.
