How to bring your team along

You know your shift best. On 12 August, operators will see a welcome message in EZ-GO with an explanation. Note the distinction: operators work in the app (which is being renewed), while the CMS you manage stays the same. Here you’ll find everything to reassure your team.

From 12 August, those users will move to the WebApp. We understand this is a change, but no worries: your Customer Success Consultant is happy to guide you through the switch.

We understand that change can raise questions. That’s why we’ve answered the most frequently asked ones for you below.

When does the transition happen?+

On 12 August 2026. From that moment you’ll automatically work in the renewed EZ-GO.

Can I just carry on without preparing?+

Yes. Most users don’t need to do or prepare anything. Your checklists, data and settings are ready in the renewed EZ-GO app. Are you currently using the EZ-GO Plus app? Then we’ll help you with the switch, see the question about the EZ-GO Plus app below.

Will I get help switching from the EZ-GO Plus app (iOS)?+

Yes. You’ll move to the WebApp. Can’t figure it out? Contact your Customer Success Consultant and we’ll guide you step by step.

Will my checklists, data and settings be preserved?+

Yes. All your checklists, data, settings, history and configurations are carried over automatically. So you can simply keep working with everything already in EZ-GO.

Will my way of working stay the same?+

Yes. Your work stays the same; EZ-GO has only had a makeover and a few buttons are in a new place.

What exactly is new?+

EZ-GO now runs as a single web-based platform, with a modern, clear look. Under the hood it’s faster and future-ready.

Will my CMS management environment stay the same?+

Yes. Only the EZ-GO app that operators use gets a new look and feel. The CMS where you manage checklists, tasks, users and settings keeps working just as you’re used to. Everything you’ve set up is preserved.

Does EZ-GO work right away in my browser?+

For the best experience, we recommend downloading the EZ-GO app on first login. You can download the EZ-GO app from the login screen using the install button (top right).

Can I keep working during the transition?+

Yes. This works exactly like a regular update. You’ll be logged out and log back in as normal. After that, from 12 August, you’ll work directly in the renewed EZ-GO.

Is there somewhere I can go if I need help?+

Yes, always. You can turn to your regular Customer Success Consultant, our support department and this FAQ. We’re happy to help.

Will there be new features?+

Yes. We’ll keep improving EZ-GO step by step, and this is just the beginning.
