You know your shift best. On 12 August, operators will see a welcome message in EZ-GO with an explanation. Note the distinction: operators work in the app (which is being renewed), while the CMS you manage stays the same. Here you’ll find everything to reassure your team.

On first login, a welcome message appears with brief information. Beyond that, they don’t need to do anything.
