Hannover Messe 2026: Dutch pragmatism on the world's biggest industrial stage

EZ Factory present at the Dutch pavilion: booth A34.

From 20 to 24 April, Kevin, Sander, and Thomas represented EZ Factory at Hannover Messe, the world’s largest industrial trade show. For five days, they introduced EZ Factory to an international audience and showed what we stand for. A valuable experience, especially for our brand awareness outside the Dutch market.

From Hannover to the world

Hannover Messe is no ordinary trade show. Every year, the halls of Hannover draw visitors from dozens of countries, from production managers across the Benelux to operations directors from Asia and America. It’s a place where you show the world that you’re here. That you’re playing at an international level.

From the Dutch pavilion, we stood at stand A34 among companies that, like us, believe the industry can be smarter and more efficient. A great environment to show how EZ Factory digitalises the shop floor, and to hear how that message lands beyond the Netherlands.

The same challenge, everywhere in the world

What stood out during the conversations? The problems on the shop floor are the same everywhere. Whether you were talking to a German, French or Dutch production team, the recognition was immediate. Paper work instructions that nobody follows. New employees who need weeks before they can work independently. Downtime that lasts longer than necessary because the right information isn’t available at the right moment.

As soon as visitors saw the live demo, a digital work instruction just like an operator uses on the shop floor, the hesitation was gone. Then the real questions started.

Kevin, Sander and Thomas came back with an important confirmation: the language differs, the scale is bigger, but the challenges on the shop floor are universal. They know no borders.

What we showed

At the stand, everything came down to one thing: showing how it works in practice. No abstract talk about digitalisation, but a demo of how an operator opens, follows and completes a work instruction, checklist or task — and how a manager sees in real time what’s happening on the shop floor.

An approach that is already paying off at organisations like Pally Biscuits, Fresenius and Refresco. Read how they made the move:

The results we see at our customers are consistent

Five days, many insights

For us, Hannover Messe was above all a chance to put EZ Factory on the international map. We spoke with people from sectors and countries we don’t often reach, and that alone was worthwhile. The seed has been planted.

We look back on five insightful days and take what we’ve learned into the next step of our international growth.

Didn't make it to Hannover? We'd love to talk.

Did we not meet at Hannover Messe, or did we not have enough time for a proper conversation? No problem. We’re happy to schedule a moment to discuss your situation and show you what digital work instructions can mean for your production environment.

Get in touch or request a demo. We’re happy to come to you or show you online, whatever works best for you.
